intStaff takes the interests of both the client and its employees very seriously; we are the party that does not disappoint. Thanks to our vast experience, we can quickly identify what is needed to fill open positions. We know our people and are convinced of their competencies. Everyone who works for us has been checked and screened. We do -partially- international secondment. Most of our employees are migrant workers, although we also employ Dutch citizens. Our approach is unique, based on a strong commitment to our employees as well as to our clients. Among other things, we provide training programmes for our employees, ensuring no challenge or question remains unanswered.
