Variety within your field
intStaff is your employer, we provide a contract. We ‘lend’ you to a client where you fit in and where we think you will be suitable. Of course, we will discuss in advance where you are going. The contract often (not always) has the duration of the project you will be working on, including a notice period. You may also be given a contract for an indefinite period, which will provide you with more or less the same security as a permanent job. Only much more diverse due to the variety. You get the chance to look inside many different companies, which advances your personal development.
Social aspects
intStaff is aware that many of its employees come from other countries and need to build a home here. Or want to bring their family over. It is our mission to ensure that both parents can work independently and that the family feels at home and included. We mediate in housing and also have a social club where people can exchange experiences or just have a good time together. In every respect, we aim for a long-term relationship with our employees, as well as with our clients.
